Battery and controller checks

Each wireless controller uses 2 AAA batteries. Two controllers need 4 AAA batteries in total, and batteries are not included in the UTBOX X2 Pro bundle. Before contacting support about controller pairing, check that fresh AAA batteries are installed with the correct polarity, the USB receiver is connected, and the game stick has stable power.

Replacement-first support for quality issues

If an Ireland order arrives faulty, damaged, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact support before sending anything back. We first help troubleshoot the issue, then arrange a missing accessory, replacement part, or replacement unit where appropriate. A refund is handled after the support review when troubleshooting or replacement is not reasonable, or when required by applicable law or platform rules.

Ireland delivery support

Returns and RMA instructions

For returns, replacements, or refunds, read the Ireland returns page first and email support@utbox.store for instructions. If a physical return is required for an Ireland order, support will provide the correct Germany RMA route or other written return instructions. Do not send items to any address before support confirms the return route.
