Returns, replacements, and refunds

UTBOX supports eligible return, replacement, and refund requests according to the order route, delivery country, item condition, and applicable consumer protection rules.

Before sending any item back, contact support@utbox.store with your order number, the email used at checkout, and a short description of the issue. If the item arrived faulty, damaged, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, include photos or a short video where possible.

Do not send products to any address until UTBOX support confirms the correct return route in writing. Return instructions can vary by order, inspection need, and fulfilment route.

Market-specific return information is also published on local storefront support pages. Examples include US/default returns, UK returns, Germany returns, France returns, Spain returns, and Ireland returns.

This policy does not limit statutory consumer rights that apply to your order.
