Order, setup, replacement, and return help

Use this page for United Kingdom order, delivery, setup, controller, accessory, return, replacement, and refund questions about the UTBOX X2 Pro Retro Game Stick Console. Email support@utbox.store before sending anything back.

Before contacting support

  • For delivery timing, check UK shipping and delivery.

  • Controller batteries are not included. Each controller needs 2 AAA batteries, so the two-controller package needs 4 AAA batteries total.

Replacement-first support route

For quality issues, dead-on-arrival items, missing accessories, or setup faults, support will troubleshoot first, then confirm whether a replacement accessory, replacement unit, return, or refund instruction is the right next step. Refunds are a final escalation path when troubleshooting or replacement is not reasonable, or where local law or platform policy requires it.

  1. Check power source, HDMI input, receiver, controller batteries, pairing, and storage card seating.
  2. Send the order number, checkout email, photos, and a short video if the issue is visual or intermittent.
  3. Wait for support to confirm return, replacement, or refund instructions before shipping anything.

Returns and non-quality requests

For most UK online orders, customers may request a non-quality return within 14 days after delivery. For change-of-mind, wrong purchase, or no-longer-wanted returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping where local law and platform policy allow.

UK orders are handled as international direct-shipping orders. We do not publish a fixed return address on the storefront. Contact support first and wait for return, replacement, or refund instructions. This does not affect your statutory rights where applicable.

Tieni vicino TV o monitor HDMI, alimentazione USB stabile e 2 batterie AAA per ciascun controller; 4 AAA totali per due controller, non incluse.
